Sanderson Associates have over 37 years business delivering experienced advice, and during that time have worked on over 12,200 schemes for our Clients in both the Private and Public Sectors. Our services include the provision of Highway, Traffic and Transportation and Water advice in relation to a wide variety of development projects including planning applications, regeneration initiatives, Local Development Frameworks and Master Planning, the provision of highway and civil engineering design advice in the construction of new roads and all associated transport infrastructure to serve new development or to bring forward development opportunities.

Sanderson Associates advise clients throughout the planning process and offer a full service including initial Feasibility Studies, Scoping Studies, Transport Assessments and Transport Statements, Travel Plans, Travel Plan Co-ordination, detailed design work including Section 38 and 278 Agreements and Expert Witness in respect of planning appeals. Our services also extend to include all aspects of Flood Risk Assessment, Drainage Design and the use of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems and techniques.

In June 2016 we became part of the Multi-Disciplinary Fairhurst Engineering Consultancy who employ over 500 staff. Therefore, in addition to our Planning, Detailed Design and Construction services Fairhurst can extend support by providing Geo/Environmental, Civil and Structural Engineering, Landscape Architecture and Planning Support from its network of offices located throughout the UK.

We have extensive experience operating on small developments and improvements at private dwellings through to operating as lead consultants or as part of a consultancy team on large retail shopping centres, offices, industrial estates and housing estates.
